Victor Diaz (born December 10, 1981) played outfield for the Mets from 2004 to 2006.
Diaz made his major league debut with the Mets on September 11, 2004. On September 25, 2004, he hit a three-run home run with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning to tie a pivotal game against the playoff-contending Chocago Cubs. In 2005, he played in 89 games hitting .257 with 12 home runs and 38 R.B.I.'s. On August 22, 2006, Diaz was designated for assignment by the Mets.
